The Health Quotient of Lotus Root

Lotus is an aquatic plant that grows mainly in rivers, streams, lakes, and ponds. There is a lot of cultural significance attached to the flower of this plant. However, little do people know about the numerous health benefits that lotus roots and seeds provide.
